I am married with a grown up family. I have had successful careers in construction and pub management. A good few years ago, I did some night school stuff getting qualifications in the drawing software ‘Autocad’, and during this time I also started using the early editions of ‘Photoshop’. I have always been an active analogue photographer, but the onset of digital photography truly got me hooked. I decided that I wanted to spend my future in the creative industry of digital photography. I subsequently gained a Ba combined degree from ‘The University of Chester’ in ‘Digital Photography and Film Study’.
At university I developed a strong interest in film production and film editing. My work now is a combination of stills and film.
I like to think that I am now sufficiently experienced and accomplished to satisfy even the most demanding clients, but I will never be someone who is happy to become a sort of factory production line of good quality, but standard imagery. I am always striving to be the best. To educate and push myself to better creativity, and performance in my photography and film production.
